- I can’t connect to the internet, what should I do?
If you are using a router unplug the power cord for 10 seconds and then plug it back in. If the internet is connected directly to your computer shut down your computer and then start it back up (make sure you save any open documents). If you are not able to connect after power cycling your computer and/or router, Please call one of our local customer care specialists.
